We manufacture our own sealed units here at our Witton premises meaning we can offer an extremely fast turn around, usually same day!! We take extra care with every sealed unit we manufacture always ensuring that we use the finest quality glass, spacer bar, desiccant and hot melt.

We are also one of a select few manufacturers that can produce one off sealed units up to a size of 2500 x 2500.

We have our own gas filling machine which now enables us to produce thermally efficient gas filled double glazed sealed units here at our Witton premises. This means we can now offer one off gas filled units the very same day!!

Extras for added thermal qualities

Low E Glass

If required we can manufacture sealed units using a low-emissivity glass, Low-emissivity glass (or low-e glass as it is commonly referred to) is a type of energy-efficient glass designed to prevent heat escaping through your windows to the cold outdoors.

Argon Filled Units

Argon gas is a colourless, odourless, non flammable, non reactive, inert gas that if required is inserted into the cavity of a double glazed unit to reduce the heat conductance between panes, helping to keep heat in during the winter and out during the summer.

Warm Edge Spacer

Warm edge foam spacer bar uses a no-metal warm edge technology providing greater thermal qualities than the standard metal spacer bar.

For the latest work we were helped by Jamie who was down to earth, friendly, and did a great job - he can come back at any time - he will too because when he was here I asked him to come back and replace a double glazed pane on one of our Velux windows.
Replacing four wood panels on our front door with glass is a tremendous improvement. We had thought that we would have to buy a new door but replacing the wood panels with glass is a much cheaper option and it looks great. I hope you agree.
